Data Deletion Policy

Data Deletion Requests

Clients may request deletion of operational data associated with their authorized accounts.

To request deletion, email: support@cloudsec-itsolutions.com

Include: Business name, Meta Business ID, Page or Instagram account ID, and a description of the deletion request.

Deletion Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verified request receipt. Upon completion, confirmation will be sent to the requesting party.

Scope of Deletion

We may delete:

• Stored publishing logs
• Media metadata retained for operational purposes
• Internal workflow references

Meta platform data remains subject to Meta’s independent data policies.
